Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping. Orders over $50 always ship for free—no promotion code needed. Select items considered Hazardous Materials do not qualify for Standard 3 Day Shipping and must be shipped Ground. Gift Card purchases ship separately from merchandise and do not apply to the $50 minimum for free shipping. Gift Cards always ship FREE and arrive in 3-5 business days with USPS shipping.

Shipping & Packaging

After entering the "ship to" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

You have the option of no gift packaging (products are delivered in a durable cardboard box, our signature black-and-white Sephora gift box ($4 per order) or a black nylon satchel with a red cord drawstring ($2 per order). Just select the option that best fits your needs.

To select gift packaging options or to add a personalized gift message on the packing slip, click “EDIT” in Step 2, Shipping Options at Checkout. Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for gift orders.

Payment Information

If you have an online credit on in the U.S., it will automatically be used towards your order as the first payment method. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card, Gift Cards, eGift Cards, or PayPal ( only available on )

You can store multiple credit cards to use for your online purchase on During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.

You can use up to two Gift Cards or eGift Cards towards the purchase of your online order in the U.S. To use more than two Gift Cards or eGift Cards or eGift Certificates, please contact Customer Service at . Any unused balance will remain on the card and can be used toward a future purchase.

Only one promotional offer code can be used towards an order. Promotional offer code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page.

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.
